Ready Riders are off

We packed the bikes in required boxes and loaded them and paid the $5 fee. We met a rider named Matthew who just rode from Seattle to Santa Barbara solo in ~1 month. We shared a few stories and he warned us about aggressive raccoons in Oregon campgrounds. I thought this train would have wireless but we are told only in first class. We will make it to Sacramento by midnight.
