Day 20: Finish in Boise

Bob and I did our best to eat one of everything for breakfast at Leon’s Diner but we stashed part of the extra large pancakes into some baggies in case we wanted it later.

The paved downhill highway out of Idaho City was easy and cool. As we got closer to Boise, the traffic got a bit busier and the hill taxed our lungs a bit with the smoke.

We finally got to the park near the reservoir and the beginning of the bike path into the city. We met a local, Christine, with her two Aussie puppies (brothers 1 yo).

It’s a great bike path and a great way to be introduced to Boise. It took us right to downtown.

We enjoyed a beer at 10 barrel brewery and soaked in a bit of Boise in the summertime.

Thanks for reading our blog and thanks for your comments.
